Job Description: Our client is a UK market leader in Print Management Solutions, offering a totally integrated and time critical solution to an enviable portfolio of Blue Chip prestigious corporate & commercial clients. They are a technologically led business with state of the art systems which are secure, fast, accurate and absolutely consistent.
Due to growth within one of their more prestigious clients, they now require a highly experienced Account Director with a solid Print Management background, and a strong understanding from within POS / POP arena, ideally with retail customers.
You will be based in Central London, and will be responsible for the strategic direction of a multi million pound account, managing junior and senior personnel to deliver on a day-to-day operational level, whilst ensuring revenue and profitability of the account is maintained. You will also be charged with the development of the account, as my client is looking for an individual who will play an integral part of helping the account and team grow.
Candidates will have superb understanding and experience of managing, complex client relationships. With a demonstrable track record within major client management, people management, operations and strategic development gained within a high profile print management environment. You will be an experienced senior manager with exceptional client management skills, be self-motivated with high personal drive, effective under pressure and able to deliver consistently, as well as being articulate and a good listener. Have excellent judgement, strong influencing and negotiation skills, and be highly entrepreneurial, adaptable, and strong under pressure. You will also be able to show that you have previously grown million to multi million pound accounts, within a Print Management environment.
